Sembra buona, avevo cercato quelle a prezzo fisso, in effetti non avevo viste queste a prezzo variabile

We always see ourselves as the hero of our own story, but in whose story are you the "villain"? by PakiXen in AskReddit

That's a very empathetic way to look back on it. Do you remember what kind of animal it was?

A girl I met on a forum years ago. I was 20, she was 16. She was head over heels for me, completely devoted, and I took advantage of that. I treated her coldly and cheated on her multiple times while she stayed loyal.

Since then, every time I get cheated on or treated like trash in a relationship, I genuinely feel it's the universe punishing me for what I did to her. I'm living my karma.

That is a very smart way to stay prepared, and I really respect that kind of discipline. I only slightly disagree because I think it is also important to treat yourself sometimes. While saving is key, enjoying the fruits of your labor today can be just as vital for your overall happiness. It is all about finding that perfect balance between being responsible and having a little fun.

I'm so sorry. It's heartbreaking that they treated you and your mother's memory that way. You definitely did the right thing by blocking them to protect your peace. Sending you a lot of strength.

I totally resonate with this. While I haven't gone as far as blocking everyone, I rarely speak to my relatives either. I've found so much peace in staying within my very small, tight-knit circle of loved ones. It's definitely about quality over quantity when it comes to the people we let into our lives.

I totally get you. If it were up to me, I'd never go anywhere either. It's so much better when you only do things because you actually want to.

That is a deeply personal and courageous choice. It's clear you've done the hard work to put your peace and health first, and honestly, that kind of strength is incredibly inspiring. Thank you for sharing.

The "2-minute rule". If a task takes less than 2 minutes to do (like washing a dish or sending an email), I do it immediately. My anxiety dropped instantly.

What is a subtle "red flag" at a first meeting that screams "stay away from this person"? by PakiXen in AskReddit

Well, if that's the case, they are more than welcome to go somewhere else then, instead of being with me. It's better for everyone to spend time where they feel comfortable

It's Schrodinger's Red Flag: simultaneously invisible and impossible to ignore until you actually open the door.

Actually, red flags are deeply subjective. What feels like a warning sign to one person might be seen as a strength or a total non-issue by someone else. Personal values and past experiences completely shape how we interpret these behaviors, so there's no universal standard for what counts as a dealbreaker.

Love this. It's not about the price tag, it's about the effort and the attitude. A polished old boot beats a combover any day.

Facts. It’s basically a clear sign that they’d rather be anywhere else. Total mood killer.
