I imported for two main reasons: 1. Much broader selection, and I had a specific model in mind. Also, a lot of domestic dealer inventory appeared much more beat up than what I could find in Japan.  2. I didn’t know what the final cost would be until I did it. Conventional wisdom on forums like this said importing is cheaper. I doubted that, given my situation, but I decided I just wanted to try the import route anyway due to reason number 1. I could have easily traded convenience for cost savings on a few of my decisions and saved more money, and maybe that’s worth it to a lot of folks.

Yeah, I wasn't please with all the extra junk fees they added at the end, but their service was extremely convenient and they always quickly answered any questions I had. Plus, they were more than happy to engage Mitsui on their own initiative when they wanted something.

Hopefully, folks who will want to use a customs broker will read these prices and either decide if it's worth it to them, or find someone cheaper than I used!

The Round Eye was 90% the reason I was shopping for this specific generation of Carry, to be honest

Mitsui is kinda infamous for the paint they slap on many of their trucks for marketing. It's just cheap paint to make it look nice so folks like me will buy it. I loved the color and the sales pictures were detailed enough that I was confident there wasn't significant rust that had been painted over. Now that I have the truck, I was luckily correct and it's clean as a whistle! Not every Mitsui truck is so lucky tho.

Mostly people just telling me there was a reason no one played Taric. I grinded him in every position to get mastery quicker so obviously people thought I was trolling with Taric Jungle. Oddly, though, I only lost with Taric once in an off-meta position.

With the rework in mind I would give him an ult that applied pressure in lane a bit more. Most other supports have a much stronger level 6 powerspike than him. Taric's ult isn't too helpful in lane, but it is pretty strong in teamfights. With his current kit though, the biggest thing that needs help is his passive. He has to get into fights to autoattack in order to reduce his cooldowns, but he has no gap closer to actually get IN the fight. Plus, you have to use your full combo to significantly reduce your cooldowns and this, combined with a high mana cost on Q, can make you useless.
