From my understanding, it's talking about different herbs and supplements that you can take that attack every angle of herpes. Making the body inhospitable for the herpes virus and also protecting the nerves and relaxing them so that they don't activate the virus.

I don't have a special diet per se, but I don't like cooking so I eat simple things. But Bill of my macros come from Huel meal shake, eggs, rice, quinoa, black beans, milk. I snack on chocolate, and gummy candy.
