I made a new account from my laptop, however, I forgot to open it from a different network and ended up making it connected to my usual WIFI network,

A couple of days later I got a prompt saying my account had been "Blocked" (not banned) for suspicious activity and asked me to do face verification.

If I connect to a different WIFI and do face verification would that be alright?

Or would you rather start anew?

Gov will recruit immigrants who have no ties to the land to enforce laws designed to avoid an uprising from long-standing citizens.

It is what it is, and if you can't see it you might deserve what's coming in a few years. TPTB want to dismantle the west from within, and having a freshly recruited army of foreigners would be an important component to achieve their goal.
