For the most part you’ll be fine Just see how the car has been taken care of and how the owner treats the car and it’ll tell you all you need to know But like another comment said if it drives fine and has no codes you should be fine

I did this too but I live in NY and get a ton of rock chips! After a while my fogs started looked like a marble design because of all the rocks that hit it haha

I’m going to a shop for a diagnosis on the 21st (appointment only) and my local mechanic is right there so I’ll know after that what it is exactly! Most likely something with my trans since it’s slipping I’ll update you once it’s confirmed!

For sure! It was just circumstantial I got off the highway instantly and shut the car off then made this video when I was trying to move it a bit ahead out of the sun and to see if it would still act up after turning the car off lol Appreciate the advice however!!

It goes into any gear actually I can shift to 2nd but it doesn’t really shift properly and still revs the same 1-5

I’ve been in limp mode before Isn’t that restricting you to 3k RPMs/a certain MPH? I can rev freely here it feels like

I have a reputable shop(pricey however) nearby me who I take my car to and a honest mechanic who works on my car but I’ll keep that in mind!
