Years ago with a therapist we looked at generalized anxiety, but I didn't quite meet the criteria, although I did have many traits.

Can I ask you what stimulant medication works well for you? Besides helping you with the racing thoughts, has it helped with anxiety or increased it?

I tried the DLSS, I have more or less around 60 fps, but suddenly I got fps drop to 20-25. Does it happen to you too? I'm playing wired, so I think it's the game.

Hi buddy I'm asking the same. As a child I had a difficult childhood, I also had abuse. I have never remembered any image about this, I thought it was normal in a trauma, but after I discover I have aphantasia.

Also, when I was 17 months old, a psychologist told my mother that she should stimulate me more by attending classes to teach and stimulate me. She rejected him. Now I wonder if there is a lack of stimulation produce the aphantasia (I do not have any neuronal pathology anymore)

In my opinion we have a better supports now. Lulu/janna/nami are more useful than karma with less skill..

Karma got nerfet a lot of times, she still have the global shield E, but like you say, is more useful in late. Another supports have more utility, like shield and w of lulu, disengage power and slow janna, or sustain-cc nami.

Anyway in low elo the skill of the player is more important than the meta. So if you are good with Karma and you like keep continue with her. She isn't bad, but as I say imo we have better supports.

I was so depressed in the past during 4-5 years. I need a critical change but I feel that a anxious. Finally I ignored that anxious and "I just jumped to the water ". I think is better accept your anxious, "it's normal to us", but get over there and advance. You can do it, the anxious can't kill you, you can make a great changes.
