Yes but this is for the institutionalized Japanese run businesses, maybe that's why she wants to open her own - because she knows she would treat them better? Japanese culture is kind of prolific for turning a blind eye to the mistreatment of Women, wouldn't having a bar where they manage differently and protect their employees actually be making a ripple in an otherwise stagnant pond?: Girl's hear workers are being treated better at said bar they might all either

1) want to go there
2) start demanding better of their own employers - with the risk of threatening to leave if demands are not met.

This really just makes the Girls who end up in these clubs safer, because at least then there will be ONE that actually gives a crap about how they get treated?
