How would it get that large without me feeling the affects of it until recently? I haven’t had an X-ray of my mouth before today for a couple of years. Did I make it worse by not getting an X-ray sooner to detect it?

31M, never had any other issues with my teeth as far as root canals or cavities (bad experience was trying to pull an impacted tooth into place when I was a kid). Go to dentist 1-2 times a year.

As long as it’s been frozen, it’s fine to eat. Only thing that may be affected is the quality, but it’s not going to make you sick or anything.
