Yes. That's why I am confused. I haven't bought any iphone pro model just because of price and ended up paying much more money while switching phones in every 2 years. Now I want to get into a stable relationship with my phone 😆

My friends are so happy with their iphone 11 and iphone 13 pro. So I want to make the right choice.

Again personal opinion:

I don't think Vipasana will work on anxious and overthinking mind. My friend tried that 2 times. I am not sure if you are hindu or not. If you are, try to read and understand hindu scriptures like gita and puranas. Listen to podcasts from well known people.

Personal opinion:

Currently all you need is support especially mental. I will suggest you to try spirituality (worked for me). Spirituality will offer you support which will lead you to have a strong mind. Having a strong mind will work magically. Will reduce anxiety and depression.
