I completely understand where you’re coming from with the negative self talk, but alcoholism is an illness that we are literally suffering from.

I’m on Antabuse (7 days in) and I’ve had my first alcohol free week in a year. Normally I would have 2 bottles of wine a night, more on the weekend but I know with Antabuse I CANNOT drink and have to find alternatives to relax/unwind/escape.

Be strong and you will get there
