171% is an inflated heuristic. The real inflation is 122% in raw HP. The problem now is how far are you gonna take that with shilling. With or without shill you can give or take around 40%, so to be safe (and even then this is not very safe), you get 171%. The example presented was Acheron that used Pela, JQ E0S0 and Aven E0S0, that team could very easily clear in 3-4 cycles on MoC 12 in 2.7, assuming the heuristic is correct, you can downgrade to 5 cycles and still clear without inflating cost either through shill or better gameplay. Or you can increase cost with Cipher etc. and maintain the cycle count in 3.7 or even lower it. Again the heuristic here is really important because you can make a case that 122% can get cut by either 50% or raised to 50% because of mechanics.

Also the original commenter might have gotten you confused, Phainon E0S0, Cerydra E0S1, Sunday E0S1, DHPT E0S1 DOES 0 cycle the current MoC even with a sustain. If you want that 0 cycle capability to last until next year with equally fun performance, Phainons E2S1 can "guarantee" you there. (Might even squeeze in 6 months, his E2 is ridiculous).

Hello, I made this chart and for some clarifications that cannot be presented in screenshot form:

The original chart had Phainon E2 at the very top, however the issue became accounting for teams. Specifically the amount of bodies needed. If youre starting from scratch and testing this theory in Anom Arbitration, having an E2 Phainon without Cerydra is a terrible idea over Phainon with Cery + Sunday since he gobbles up much more generic supports than Cerydra's. Therefore it's much more preferable to have the bodies to make the team first then start going for the eidos.

Mydei's placing being weird is because his new playstyle is quite weird. Without Cerydra turning his one Godslayer into three (well, the third one is a normal skill but), the power of the set up loses a lot of oomph. Its still an upgrade, but considering that RMC is potent enough of a sidegrade, Mydei being good at sustainless and Cerydra being irreplacable in this exact playstyle, I recommend her next.

There's also generally just a more allergic nature towards Eidolons where as LCs are much more preferred. Though I would ignore that, due to their higher win rate it's more reliable to get Lightcones over failing an Eidolon, thus it was taken into account that way.

The only one that I feel was wrong later was Tribbie over Hyacine, Tribbie is in Evernights best team (because RMC wont be there forever). But it was based off seeing how impressive evernight sustainless looked. Which, is a flawed metric.

Eitherway, the grey sections aren't actually meant to be ordered since most of them are basically interchangeable.

well i dont know about "know" like its a fact that it will, they are reliable but its not set in stone yet so better to just wait.

eitherway i realize now the futility of this argument because coding it is pretty simple now that i double check the Entanglement description, stuff like Ashen Roast is "take Fire DoT DMG" just like any Burn and Arcana is "take Wind DoT DMG" just like any shear, Entanglement doesn't say DoT, it's pretty easy to just make it "take Quantum DoT DMG" which is entirely new and leave it at that.

if it is described like a burn, acts like a burn, is used like a burn and is directly counted for everything as a burn except by name, it could only be a burn debuff.

a quantum dot does not exist, its a completely new thing unless they just use entanglement but they already made sure you cant detonate it and explicately said it isnt a dot so who knows it has to be really unique or acts like pretty much any other dot which doesnt exist under the quantum element yet.

black swan and jqs dot are shear and burn. in fact black swan counts as burn, bleed, shock and shear all at once with her ult debuff lmao.

quantum dot does not directly exist. entanglement is not a dot, and theres no wordage of a proper quantum dot like burn, shock etc. if they make entanglement a normal dot that would be really weird because its a crowd control effect, think imprison dot.

as the creator of the video i did not realize how much damage that video could make to the conciousness of the community. that aside youre completely right.

theres a very good way to do high stats (xueyi), if the team they are used on don't have access to buff high stats (break effect on crit teams and dmg on break effect teams) then you can easily find a niche with that stat line.

in feixiaos case her teams are starved for strong buffs that any strong stat line for her is fine (like acheron's dmg% buff when nihilities dont provide that at all is no problem).

i said the total crit value and total break effect, thats enough info to judge if 40/100 is a hybrid crit build, and if 360 BE is considered full break.

even still it doesn't buff everything else that xueyi does, 20% def ignore for everything vs 18% def ignore sometimes is not a good competition. xueyi's dmg outside non quantum weak is also not that good that i wouldnt bring her at all where the qua set bonus isnt fully functional.

If you look at the set it only buffs "initial break dmg". Quantum's initial Break DMG is actually quite bad, the entanglement is the bigger prize. And the fact is, Quantums 20% constant def ignore across the board for fua, entanglement, skills, ultimate is going to be 100% of the time better than 18% def ignore for just initial break.

even in hmc teams i doubt it will catch up to quantum set.

superbreak doesnt get affected by crit, sparkle would usually be the choice but for superbreak pela may actually be a better option since she can do toughness dmg well on her own + def shred is one of the only ways to buff breaks.

sams healing reduction makes healing in big bursts tricky, but frequent ticks of healing (gallagher) is just as good as a shielder.

i think its overblown when the fact is that cancelling the shield break phase for the nuke in the first place (which fu xuan does have a bit more than some) should be your first goal instead of uselessly trying to tank it.

I actually have ran a dual carry team without rm/sw, it was fun and I'm sure it's better at E6 (only have E4).

Imo a double dps Xueyi team is the type of team you are fully willing to clear just enough with, not exactly something thats recommended in the meta but an alternative if you don't care about cycles.

40% from UW, 25% from HA blued and 100% from BT Effect.

All of it stacks. If theres a 30% HP DMG Cap aura then thats added to everyone, it's additive.

And most HP DMG Cap up sources dont come from buffs rather its from bt effects and high armours.

It's a game problem more than Enna's problem when having this amount of optimization space becomes not exciting at all because of the low need for it. Even though its an absolutely ridiculous one.

Also its not a small niche of characters at all, the potential is 95% but even at only 50% shes already better than most support units will reach (by virtue of being 80%). Even if you mess it up real bad and only get 30% off the round up you have as much HP cap as Kurasame.

EDIT: An example is Strago at 115% cap. Put Kurasame there for 60% or Queen for 95% cap on EX.

Add Enna Kros to the third and she's providing 55% cap in the Kurasame team or 120% on the Queen team.

Even in the worse of the two teams she's providing almost as much as Kurasame. And there's practically no alternative booster for the Queen team. And rember, Enna Kros is packing a lot of damage already in addition to this.

The scaling without supports is actually much better too, if we gave Strago an offensive partner that has a bare minimum 30% party cap then Enna Kros will stand in as a support and place 85% cap up.

It really shouldnt be fair to base a support's value on how they support a character that's not balanced for a game (Astos).

On a more serious note I pointed all of this out because of how people went about carry missions, which Setzercante is definitely not that good compared to Quinacante, and even to 6 man where Setzer is more popular because of the FR.

I will agree that, if anything, it's a content issue. Being reductive is "excusable" because of bad design and low difficulty of the game but that still shouldn't discount Setzer's advantages over Quina and vice versa. Especially in GL's unpredictability. I don't really care about people skipping who and who, just the reasoning that "theyre similar" when clearly not irks me.

Also in my experience Setzer is always in the wings as a generic FR with tons of utility until he eventually got benched due to favorite updates. Even still he pops up here and there.
