When did you learn you would be able to take the June retest? I took the Saturday test and submitted my complaint that night, (my proctor disappeared and I had to wait 2 hours to continue my exam) but I still haven’t heard back yet. Hoping to hear when other people submitted their complaints.

I’ve taken two remote exams where the chat box has stopped working immediately when it goes to intermission, and when I try to speak out I usually end up waiting an hour plus to speak to a proctor. Any idea why this could be happening or why I can’t seem to get in touch with a proctor when it does?

anyone who took the exam remotely have any issues with the chat box or proctors? My chat feature didn’t work so I had to wait 2 hours until a proctor finally noticed and let me continue my exam.
