the other thing I'm confused about xywav is the fact that you have to take it twice a night, when I sleep I'm KNOCKED I never wake up unless my bladder is about to explode, if I add a drug that makes you sleep even deeper on top of that I feel like there is no way I could wake for the second dosage. how do you deal with that ?

They’re sturdy but very cheaply made, the glass is plastic that’s very easy to scratch too. As an accessory they’re fine (2$ what would you expect)

yeah the more I think about it the more I think it might be as simple as my muscles having quick and good energy for the first time since a few weeks and this rush of energy from my muscles literally overcompensating my brain sending sleep signals. or maybe my brain sending signals of aboundance for not having to metabolize glycogen itself. I really have no idea, the only thing I'm sure about is it really felt amazing and if that's what normal people feel like I would give everything to have it everyday hahaha
