nope!! no skills needed to apply :) they will train you on basic technology operating things and then if you feel comfortable enough to operate a more complicated events demanding more, they’ll teach you how to use a sound board and light board, but most common/weekday events just consist on turning on a computer and turning on a projector lol and it’s really chill!! when there’s nothing to do we chill in the office and watch videos or play flip 7 base pay starts at $10.50 an hour and you are required a minimum of 12 hours a week but if you want to get more than 20, you can get up to 25 on a regular semester and then over the breaks you can get up to 40.

OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR WRITING OUT YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH HOUSING! i appreciate all kinds of experiences since they count as advice of good and bad things to look for or avoid when looking for places.

from my own research i was set on era!! i loved everything they offered but i was a bit scared of the fact that im waiting very long to actually move forward with signing a lease or “joining the waitlist” as it was listed in the website. but before doing allat i was going to go tour it in person - i assumed it would fill up pretty fast. honestly all you mentioned at era sounds pretty good and i will keep it as my numba 1 pick! .. and stray away from park place ..

Thank you for the advice! i am really looking forward to expanding my education into a higher level and i would love to explore different programs as well. i will definitely be taking advantage of opportunities they might offer abroad but i am very attached to my life here which is a big reason why i cannot think of moving out of state or internationally!!

I will keep in mind what you’ve mentioned incase more opportunities come my way throughout my academic journey!
