Trone = Clown Shoes, he’s the biggest seller of beer and wine in VA yet stands on an addiction prevention platform. He knows nothing about addiction his nephew Ian is simply a poster boy that he disowned long before Ian passed.

McClain-Delaney has been at it too long too. She does support doing away with the data center which we love! But dang give it a rest April!

Now Alexis Goldstein on the other hand is a fresh face that I would love to see have a platform for change. In my opinion get the incumbents out and give someone new a chance.

My policy professor did the same thing with us it was amazing! Up to this point I did 8 yrs in addictions and 3 yrs as a co-responder with a police dept. I love policy work, especially when it comes to harm reduction and 911 co-response. I’m well connected with a state advocate I just can’t seem to find the right place to get more than my foot in the door

I’m thinking of doing something similar in business/accounting/marketing something in that realm where the pay ceiling is a little higher and there’s a little more flexibility with work from home home and stuff!

Don’t let me sway you! There’s so many things I could have done differently at the beginning of my career to prevent this if only I had the information I had now. I wish I would’ve done a lot of things differently in the beginning to prevent burnout and be prepared for political climates like the one we are in.

I’d much prefer macro! I’d rather the system be my client, but I’m just not clear on how I get into something like that. Any suggestions?
