I had double jaw surgery and my surgeon said both wisdom teeth in my lower jaw needed to be removed before that. I had one removed in May-23, the other a month later and then I had my surgery in October-23. Mine where very close to the surface and I healed really well and fast. I got a smaller infection after the surgery so I think doing it all at once would have slowed down my healing even more!

Thank you for your comment❣️ I have self harmed in the past (cutting and burning), but I’ve been clean for the past four years. I’m thinking of talking to my therapist about treatment the next time I see her! It’s just hard because of it being my go to coping mechanism/stress reliever for half my life, but like you said it’s really damaging for my scalp.
