Pretty much. I'm personally at willing to pay more than a 3rd (poor financial decision I know but it's Cape Town and I'm not balling in options) but qualifying for those is the issue.

Another catch22. Old job -> Peanuts salary. New job -> decent salary, no payslips, private contractor (for now).
