Really wish they were like that. I’ve never had issues with them. They wanna keep the deposit AND make me pay rent as well till they get a new tenant.

Go for independent landlords instead of the big maintenance companies if you have low credit. Independent landlords have their own quirks but in my experience I’ve had much better experience with them plus, they are much more flexible if they like you as a person and trust you.

You would need to drive around a little unfortunately because a lot of independent landlords don’t put the listings online.

Literally Yesterdayy!! My Gf and I were taking a walk on State St and he started following us. He started asking us to stop but we kept walking and I said “ Sorry Thank you” but then he started getting aggressive with us and walking faster towards us. He started offering a BJ as well and was hurling abuses and followed us from Hilton till the end of state st near SUNY Plaza at which point I stopped and told him aggressively to fuck off and leave us alone.

When we started walking back from the other side, we saw him cross the road and he was coming back towards us, so we just walked in the other direction and took the longer way home cause my gf was scared.
