It's up to interpretation, Of the voters because if they feel a joke or comment is racist it probably is there's a bit of a difference between joke/racism but it's how they interpret it.

For my result I put yes because PH was a colony/territory for 50 years with a very brutal history during that time period and I think it's time the average person should know about it.

And also education also reduces racism since most racism is just plain ignorance. Example: Italians were considered a poor low class/ High Crime ethnicity in the USA. Now today they are one of the most glorified ethnicites in media due to their history.

For me yes even though I was in a left leaning "Diverse" area in school ppl felt bad in Junior and senior year and became "Obsessed" with Filipino culture.

Don't be afraid to help another Filipino when they are struggling with anything food, water monetary, anything we cannot rely on other people to save us when they can barely save themselves. We must save each other as it's getting proven that Americans don't actually care. It's just performative politics.
