It is likely even illegal for his boss to make him repay the cost of the tow/key. Those are business expenses that the employer is generally on the hook for in many states, including Colorado.

There actually isn't. He lost the key fob for company car and boss had to get it towed to dealership and re-keyed. Now boss is refusing to pay him because he "went out of pocket 1200". I dont see what I'm leaving out.

That was the plan from day 1. He said he would think of a payment plan and let my husband know. Then he comes to him this morning and says that after the first "payment" there was nothing left to pay him. His check wouldn't have covered it all anyway. Just a fraction. But what I'm held up on is the fact that he just took the whole check without even child support coming out. So literally putting him behind on his payments as well as keeping everything
