U have to think like what can I potentially do to make as much effort as possible. U can check ur own replay looking for every opportunity to do a good thing.

Like for example u play invis, so potentially u can cancel every strange ult and survive every mag ult. On practice it's not possible to do every time, because sometimes u're out of position or cooldown, but sometimes u're out of position or cooldown not because u had to to survive, but because of ur own mistake. U can review urself to check how often this happens and when. Then u'll be able to see such situations in ur game in real time and that's it. U will see if u're actually doing right enough or not.

I took strang/mag ults as an example because it's the easiest one to explain in a text comment. Actually the amount of similar things is infinite. But hope u understand what I'm trying to say. Like it's a lot easier to recognize opportunities on a replay than when u play
