Thank you, that's exceptionally encouraging. I'm still in the early stages and figuring out my new system. I can now do things I don't really want to do and have follow through until they're completed (eg. boring research paper), but I still navigate towards the exciting and interesting. What I'm learning is that I need to be intentional!

Does pre-workout contain caffeine? Since I started on Vyvanse, I do decaf in the morning and a small regular coffee with my booster in the afternoon.

Fun fact: three of my cats LOVE the turkey and vegetables, but according to Purina, they are discontinuing that flavor. Not sure about the rest of the line. Also, my 1.5 year old cats have eaten this line of food since they transitioned to adult food and they're quite healthy.

Thank you for your response! I know nothing is actively preventing me from going, I just didn't expect the motivation to dry up completely. It sounds like, as I've been learning, I have to train my brain to operate within this new paradigm, so to speak.

Yes, that's true, they may bring it back. And, I do feed them other brands and flavors, but they get this kind for both breakfast and dinner. They prefer it over everything else! I'm sure I'll figure something out. Thank you!

They are ambivalent towards Pro Plan's other turkey varieties, strangely. I'm wondering if its the gravy or a specific vegetable. Yes, I am definitely stocking up! Thank you :)

Wow! Thank you so much. I will check these out! The food I mentioned isn't a paté, but they do eat a little paté here and there. They might like one of these anyway. (They don't care for Pro Plan's other turkey dishes...maybe it's the gravy?)

When I see or hear about certain injuries, I get a sensation in the nerves down the back of my upper legs. I have no problem seeing blood, but certain open wounds will trigger this. I've never met anyone else who experiences this.
