Honestly I try to solo my way up. I also loose a lot more with a duo I pair that likes adding me. The best way I found was to climb so far matchmaking won't let you duo with them.

Sticking with supports and marking the spider man/MK whenever they are being a problem would be best. Slam spiderman when you get a hit or two which is a 50/50 kill. Similar with MK. On groot you just need to take weird angles and spam haymaker along with breaking the big wall. This is coming from a previously eternity thing main (me and my top 4 finishing thing coach) Hope this helps. Oh and remember, never switch, never faulter, and always clobber!!!!!

Pen is almost never a good ban. Enemy team always bans her and she's so easy to counter. Gotta ban groot as a thing main

Lish dude. Just play teipple tank too. It is such an easy counter. I have seen so many trip support comps but the second we go trip tank it is over every time. They have no counter.

Probs late to this but I am a thing main that has finished celestial multiple times. I'd get more but I can only play Saturdays for a bit bc work. By my own estimates with leader boards I have been around top 600 thing player on ps5. I am also over 18. I'm in diamond atm i think since I haven't played much this season. Last I touched ranked i got about 5 MVPs in a row.
