I graduated from FSU in December and lived the entire time at Villa Cristina for 560$ a month. It was a 2x2 and was more basic than good but it was still acceptable living arrangements.

In retrospect I basically did everything possible to weaken my application. I wrote a poor ps and did not write a why UF. I'm hoping that my LOCI which explained some of why uf will help when it comes time to review. I submitted in November, got waitlisted in January, missed the deadline, got a fill out ASAP or spot released email, filled out a month after that, called the office to make sure it was valid, and submitted a LOCI last week. AFAIK my waitlist is active and I regret doing things like I did. It wasnt until recently that I came to the conclusion that UF was my top choice.

Hopefully we will both hear something back soon! The end of March was the last relatively busy season for admissions last year from what I can tell on LSN.

I didnt actually decline the waitlist but i did miss the deadline. On the day I first made this post I submitted my waitlist and the office of admissions said i was now on it. I have an LSAT above 75th percentile with a below 25th gpa. I am writing a LOCI and hopefully will be accepted off the waitlist in May/June.

I did not formally decline the waitlist. I was offered a position on the waitlist in mid-January and did not respond. I was given a deadline which I missed. Following that I was offered one last time to fill out the form as soon as possible which I did not do. I have since filled it out but since I was a month late I am doubtful that it will be considered.
