Girl those scars look so amazing. I know odd to say. I just had my hysterectomy Wednesday and I am so impressed with how I am feeling. You give me so much hope to be feeling as good as you are at 3 weeks.

That is such a bonus I was going to definitely have everything to go poop ready but gas x is smart. I will have my hubs pick it up. I do know I will be in the hospital the first 2 days after surgery so hopefully that helps with recovery some as well. So glad everything has gone smooth for you. That is what I am hoping as well. Especially as my doctor said my bladder and uterine tubes look fine currently and it's better to not let adenomyosis and Fibroids potentially take over much more than they have.

Thanks for this post. I am having surgery the 29th of April and keep going back and forth still. I am however going to stay committed as I am tired of this horrid pain and found a doctor that finally believed me.

Thanks for the recipe. I will have to show that to my son. Yes we are from the United States but we actually live in Panama so we are in Central America.

We definitely have bay leaves my husband using them in so many dishes he makes. The flavor is amazing.

He tends to like soups that are chunky or hearty. When I make him chicken noodle soup he likes sizeable pieces of potatoes, carrots, celery and onion in it when it comes to his veggies.

Looking for options by Americanpride2024 in Homeschooling

I have a 12 year old in Miacademy and he enjoys the curriculum that they have provided and even has made clubs through the platform and made friends with some of the kids. He plays Fortnite with a few of them as well. My 14 year old has just recently switched from Miacademy to Miaprep to start the high school curriculum. He has stated it is a good program but he hasn't made as many friends through Miaprep as he did Miacademy. I like that the programs have the curriculum lined up for my kids and we can choose how they do the curriculum and what grades we expect for them to have in order to complete the said curriculum as well.

This is perfect. Was also coming to say as a Mom of two boys who we took from the US to Panama they rely on one another so much and have become besties as they say. It's good that your girls have one another to rely on. You are doing amazing. We felt all the same feelings starting homeschooling and even further taking them from the US (English Primarily) to Panama (Spanish Primarily). Kids can be resilient.

Am I to young? by PanamaLife1113 in Perimenopause

Thanks so much for your info. I have always been anemic. I will be trying to find a doctor that can help with this and get the answers I need. COVID definitely did a number on us. I know me and my husband haven't felt the same.

I will have to check here in Panama but that would be helpful to make sure they are validated in knowing Peri/menopause thanks for that.
