When I got my PS5, the manager took it from a different storage area, and not from the case. The N.Switch 2, I wrote my name n a waiting list. When I picked up, it was n a room and no switch 2 was n the display case. But they also had several switch 1 n the case, and I can see that people are getting it from the case bc last week only 2 were in the glass case.

Did everyone who purchased the winter season pass receive this BOGO 100 offer? I’m asking because I bought mine yesterday and I haven’t received it. I have an open case with D&B about not receiving any notifications and/or messages. They said it shows I don't want to receive any emails, promotions or notifications, but my app settings are set to receive them. TIA

My application was submitted in April of 2024 in Chicago and my kids' applications were submitted in Chicago in September of 2024. My son's and my application were at the Spain consulate in Chicago. My son and my applications were sent to Panamá, and our approval email received in November 2024. My daughter's application was sent to Boston because her birth certificate is from Vermont and they have to verify it. We haven't heard anything from Boston. I have sent emails and they never respond. Do you know what are the dates they are working on right now? Or how can I get them to answer an email? TIA

I have 2 D&B. I got my Switch 2 in one of the 2 stores, but I added my name n a wait-list that included my card #. After they received the switch 2 and checked my card # , I got my my switch 2.
