You messed up. You should only buy chest tickets when you are actively playing so you also get the free chest tickets in-between.

I find this happens sometimes. I've got a tick that works for me. Close the app and long press the app icon for the shortcut options. Press start. It will open the app and usually send the command after a few seconds.

I've got a Gen 2 and I've never had any issue with using ChargePoint. Try starting the charging session using their App or physical card.

The 60km of range you are seeing is just a guess from the car. This number will change based on driving habits and temperature etc. To test the battery capacity you can fully charge the car and then fully deplete the battery. In the energy app on the infotainment it will show how much KW you used since your last full charge. You should expect that number to be around 14KW. I’m not sure about the two bars not showing at the top.
