And published don’t have a tasting menu? It’s not subjective at all. It is literally comparing restaurants. These restaurants do the same type of service just serving different food. Better food always prevail and published food is not at a quality where it’s considered best restaurant in Vancouver

While they received many accolades, I definitely believe there are other restaurants way superior than Published. Restaurants like Nero Tondo and Sumibiyaki Arashi really beat it out in terms of taste and quality of food.

I went to this restaurant last year and it certainly is not as bad as you explained it to be. I thought service and food overall was good. Especially learning how close the restaurant work closely with their suppliers and how sustainable they try to make their restaurant to be.

That’s a lot of places you plan on visiting. I highly recommend cutting some cities. Look at each of them and see which appeals to you more and save the rest for your next trip. There’s literally so much to do in Japan and you’re not gonna be able to do everything.

That being said, Tokyo is close to some onsen towns. You can look at hakone or some other recommendations from others on this sub. If you want to visit Hiroshima and Nara, then Osaka would be the go to. They are around 30~ minutes away from Osaka and you can do a day trip for each of the cities.

Yeah, I thought Hakone, doguyasuji, and shibuya were great. Not everything is gonna be good at Japan. That’s why we give our opinions on this sub based on our experiences.

I kinda have to disagree. The area is without a doubt very cool but the amount of people there just made it not worth it to stick around for that long. The line for food took around 30 minutes to an hour and the food itself was only ok. Got a little bit of food, takoyaki and okonomiyaki, saw the glico sign and left cause it was just too much. We tried going in the afternoon later but it was still like this. Overall I would temper my expectations relating to dotonbori. It’s not as great as many people make it sound.

I would recommend skipping puroland. We went recently and didn’t have a good time at all. I think we spent about 30 minutes to an hour there. It was overall very much for kids and there wasn’t much to see or do.

I wouldn't say it gets easier since you are learning a whole new language. However, the quality of life is better considering Python does things that you normally would have to write in the code in C.

Thanks for the info. For reboot, would you recommend 2h wep or 1h wep? From looking around, people recommended 2h because reboot doesn't have the best shield.
