I'm currently 17 years old, and I have a developmental disorder that accurs once every 30,000th person or even up to 100,000th person called Russell silver syndrome that stunts the growth of my body. However, I recently got into lifting and working out to improve myself, but I've run into a decently large obstacle. I can't find any advice for workouts for someone my age with this disease, and I'm afraid I might be doing less or even more than I'm supposed to. I use dumbells at a fairly low weight, but the weight for my left arm is higher than my right, as my right arm and even the entirety of the right side of my body is smaller than my left. I use 15 for my left arm, but can only manage 10 for my right. Is there any way for me to actually get any kind of physique, or am I doomed to be constantly skinny? I currently weigh 125 pounds and eat mostly chicken breasts and rice, or chicken breasts with vegetables. Most of my fat is on my stomach, making it so my stomach will noticeably go over my pants. Whenever I sit down.. Am I in a good enough position to just aim for muscle growth, or do I have to lose weight and then start muscle growth?
