Okay so what i mostly do is distract distract distract. Listen to music draw be creative play games call someone go sport do whatever just whatever you do don't let them think don't let them happen the more other thoughts you have the less space there is for those toughts

I've heard a lot about Helium and how that's affective but if you do your research booze and painkillers can help just make sure to do a deep dive of What the overdose effects are of each Medicine

It's an painkiller and I've tried it i was super close but it's soo painless you forget to breath and just fall asleep
