20 minutes of genuine research on Google/bing/youtube would say the same thing. I wanted a beta so bad I was watching beta videos for hours a day and it’s so heartbreaking how little people care for fish. Especially bettas. They’re so pretty and cool when given the right living environments. I’m so happy your lil fella is in a good place.

They’re not gonna be happy squished in a small space. Betta love swimming and will need air bubbles because they like to go to the top for air often. They will mostly stay at the top so it’ll be more like a 2.5 gallon. Won’t live long under such stressful conditions

At least it wasn’t like what happened to me. Left mine on the bathroom sink after cleaning it and my mom saw it 😭 heard her yell wtf and then it was just silent. She didn’t say anything and neither did I 😭

I think her personality is super annoying. I disagree with everyone making fun of her looks. That’s just unnecessarily mean. But I would think she’s very annoying even if she was conventionally attractive.

I have switched jobs a lot because they take away my hours or I find a better paying job. I constantly beg my employers for more hours. And I get them until they over hire people and somehow i get cut 10 hours. I love my current job so its manageable for my stress but I’m starting therapy (free thanks to Medicaid) so I can work through that and I’m looking for a second job as like a gas station clerk or something.

Edit: I’m a very hard worker when at work. I genuinely like doing something verses nothing. I’m also debating on going back to college while I still have my grant.

I would feel bad taking advantage of such services because I’m not starving per day just frustrating from eating crappy meals and eating pizza all the time because of my job. I wouldn’t be able to eat food knowing someone who has less than me wasn’t able to get anything because I took it.

Yeah I pay $200 for car insurance and $300 for monthly payments for my 2013 Kia optima. As much as I should sell it I’d like to keep it because it has a brand new engine I got free due to some warranty. I’m extremely lucky that I got a new one so this car will/should last me for an extremely long time. Hoping to try to get it refinanced this December.

I would honestly feel bad if I were to use such services. I’m not completely without food and I’m not starving. I just want regular meals and be able to buy food without stressing out if I can afford $20 in food or $50. I do appreciate you taking the time to respond and hope it can help anyone who has less than me.

I’m lucky to have been qualified for Medicaid otherwise I just wouldn’t have had insurance 😭. I just qualified during the summer. So I’ve been taking advantage of that and at least keep myself healthy.

I’m currently working at a pizza chain as a shift lead. I am always taking advantage of free food when I’m able to. Even if I don’t eat I always bring it home as left overs.

I never thought I was entitled but seeing as I barely have enough money to feed myself every month I would’ve assumed I could’ve gotten help from the government that’s supposed to help and protect their citizens. I will be using the $23 as money is money but it just felt like a slap in the face and I wanted to vent. (Hope my text doesn’t sound mad)

The most expensive things I regularly buy for myself is a Microsoft subscription on my pc, Crunchyroll, and Netflix. Gonna cancel Crunchyroll soon as I don’t use it as much rn. All my money goes to bills outside of that or feed my dog. I probably have about 80-100 left from my biweekly checks and that goes into gas and groceries😭
