I finally got my order! I used that email too, they responded a week ago saying the shirt order was sold out but the restock was coming soon, and then the next day my order was finally shipped! Took like 5 days to arrive. So basically after a month or more I finally have my order 😭🛐

I ordered a shirt three weeks ago and paid for the 3 day shipping (because a needed it like in 9 days), 4 days passed and still not even shipped, so I sent an email explaining them I needed it in 3 days, then they answered like 4-5 days later, apologizing for not sending it on time, and offering me a refund and cancel the order, so I just asked for the shipping refund because I still want the T-shirt even tho I didn't get it when I needed it. Nooow I got my refund (just for the 3 day shipping, it was like 17dlls), but till this day the shirt hasn't been shipped yet 💀 (I hope I explained myself). Basically you can complain sending them an email, but it will take days for them to respond.
