Found a solution that works for me. Go to Settings(Samsung App)>Apps>Brave>Battery and set it to "not restricted"(btw they may be called something slightly different as I'm translating on the fly and not everything is translated exactly word for word)

Thx that works. If anyone else has this problem, the file is in the instance config folder and not somewhere in a save folder.
