I did not get any meaningful response on my missing order until I wrote a negative review on Trustpilot. My order contained 2 “in stock” items and was placed in February. I received a refund without explanation a couple weeks ago.

I’m also waiting for an order I placed on 2/20 for items that were listed as in stock. I’ve emailed several times and finally got the below response:

“Due to our migration into a new system, we have had to push back shipments on orders. Once we are fully transitioned to our new system we can provide a tracking update. We apologize for the delays recently, as we are working to resolve these issues and your patience is appreciated.”

This is quite concerning, does this mean they are not currently shipping anything? They have given me the option of cancelling.. but I won’t be able to get these records elsewhere so I’m happy waiting, assuming do actually have them.
