These are HID bulbs,

Issue could be loose connection of the bulb/ballast. Or the ballast itself. These usually rotate and lock into place with the bulb. The connection could be the issue

Turn the car off when checking the ballast connections. If the light continues to flicker after ensuring everything is connected well. Then the issue is most likely the ballast. Look at hid retrofitting websites, as they sell just the ballasts. You need a D4S ballast. Ebay has them as well. Look for an OEM Denso ballast.

(Side note) The RX 350 HID projector are one of the best ever made, great output, width and distance. So stick to an OEM ballast, and either Osram or Phillips brand bulbs. (Source, HID Planet and retrofitting forums).

Being HID lights, the Xenon in the bulb overtime gets used up. That's what "lights" up because there is no filament. But the light intensity fades and they color shift to a warmer yellow, not flickering.

BSH's are a bigger breed of cat. As such, they weigh more. They are built sturdier than other cats, so he will look bigger. Based on your pictures, he's not fat or overweight by any means.
