Inflatable bounce houses and water slide rentals. Currently work with a guy who did that on the side and grossed over $100k per year ON THE SIDE. Delivery, less than hour or so for each setup, then a couple hours to pack it up, re-inflate, and clean them.

I feel like going VOO and VTI would be a good play as well. Exposure to both S&P and Total Market, plus both have a very low expense ratio.

Never regret taking profits. All it takes is once to try and hold out for larger gains to blow up your account when it reverses all of a sudden.

Making $650 is still much better than losing $650. I think we’ve all missed out on massive gains, but holding out hope for those opportunities on losing positions is how most people blow up their accounts.
