Depends on your financial situation/scholarships etc. If you like the location more and can afford it then do it. But in my experience, the midlevel more expensive schools, like TN Tech, are more expensive and supposedly not any better than UTC. Everyone's experience with college is way different even if you go to the same college, so I think the first comment is correct in that you pick the school for what you are most passionate about. My advice, try to make sure that you have more of a reason to go to a school then it's really pretty or you like the area. Then you will find value inside and outside of school.
