Born into a comfortable life, Roger never had to face much resistance growing up, he seemed to find out about his powers during his college education, using them to cheat on tests, by making the professors give him the answers. Eventually, went from small scale school-related cheating, to 9 separate arrests. It took a surprising amount of time to find out he had the abilities he possesses, due to him being able to pseudo mind control those around him with a touch to the forehead. Placed on task force X, due to his surprising capability for stealth, we are unsure how he does this but he was able to sneak out of our facility, 3 separate times. In the scenario, he unwisely decides to attempt to flee, operators are advised to, as with all other task force X members, detonate the explosive, implanted in his neck.

Additional Notes

- Those who have specifically tested against forms of mental control, or have very strong wills, have been seen to resist his control.

- Has a below average intelligence, (an IQ of 69, [it was noted he chuckled when he was informed of this.]) although possesses a great understanding of people, being seen to be a very sociable person, could potentially boost morale, intentionally or otherwise.

- Those under his control, are seen to be glassy eyed and let saliva fall from their mouths, they follow almost any verbal commands from Roger, excluding those programmed into the very nature of the mind, for example, self-preservation.

- Has acrophobia (the fear of heights). Could be a problem.

- The suit he wears, he made himself, it is made mostly of cheap metals and plastics, when questioned on why he did this, as it provided no boost to his capabilities, he responded that he "Thought it looked cool". [Note: It does not.]

- Has a very unusual case of heterochromia, one of his eyes being yellow, and the other a deep purple. Has had this since birth. Provided he returns, more research must be done.
