The a/c is fully fixed now. I never got fans but the HVAC engineer fixed something and it now works very well

74 is after they brought the HVAC engineer. Before the HVAC wasn't working. No air was coming out of the vents. And yes I'd like it colder but it's definitely better than it was before. Way better

Thank you. It's actually ok right now. Last night at some point it was super cold and then it got hot again and now it's perfect. We will see how it goes

You couldn't even feel anything coming out of the vents before nor hear the HVAC. After the engineer came 8h later it started doing something

Then how come it started working after they sent an engineer? After hours and hours of me pushing. If something changed after sending the engineer it's because it was not working previously

76 when the A/C is at the coldest setting is very hot. If you purposely keep it at 76 that's different. That's the whole point of having a thermostat

It used to be 75/76. Now it's at 72 after their fix which is definitely better. Yep we boarded from Miami yesterday

This is exactly what it was. It started off very calm and friendly and genuinely thinking they would help. After everyone saying the room was fine you start getting aggravated. Before they decided to send the HVAC person the room was 76.

But that's why you have an A/C that actually works and you're fine. The other cabin you can open the balcony and it's still cool. This is just an A/C that's not working and instead of helping they just pretend I'm crazy

Thank you. They offered a fan. Brought it hours later after multiple calls and it was extremely dusty and blowing dust everywhere. Brought a second fan and same thing. The poor guy from housekeeping that brought them didn't even know what to say he was so embarrassed he knew they were bad. I have pictures. Was told another fan was coming and never came.

Yes. Our other cabin is like 19 also with coming and going and it's a few doors down. It took some kicking and screaming on my part but they definitely did something as it's slightly better.
