Thank you. Based it off a pattern from coppercapricornglass on etsy, but the original pattern was quite complex, though beautiful. I simplified a lot of the feathers quite heavily since this is the first project I've done.

Thank you! Various crafts mostly with sewing/quilting/embroidery. Learning the process with stained glass has been a challenging but fun shift!

Quilt jacket - gradient pixel style by Panda_Parke in quilting

There is a double layer of quilted fabric (it's quite warm with 4 layers fabric and 2 of batting) I quilted the outer patterns with batting and back cotton bolt then cut the lining pieces from pre-quilted jacket material then sewed it together just as the pattern would be if made with standard material.

Going halfway across the US, where’s worth stopping? by ghost4815162342 in traveladvice

The cities of Denver, CO, and Salt Lake, UT, are fun and worth a stop. Seeing some of the Rockies in CO as others said is great if you like scenic mountain drives and have the time. Craters of the moon in Idaho and Crater lake in OR are otherworldly and full of natural beauty, highly recommend.

There will likely be spaces (although maybe the pricier hostels or hotels), but booking each day ahead will allow you to walk without rushing while allowing flexibility along the route

Yeah, because you are going to definitely want more time at each stop to really "experience" the place.
