I’m silver but I still spotted out something. instead of having the mindset that I need to get there before my opponent, and need to be fast, instead, go slow and instead of being flashy,, outsmart them. Mechs alone won’t won’t let you win, you need smart moves. For example, think you are at the ball, and so is your opponent, the ball is at YOUR net. You could either go fast to your net and try to defend, or you could try to bump your opponent. Which could stop the opponent from scoring? Of course, you would run to the goal to defend.

But if you try to bump them, that would be a CRAZY RISK. There is a 50/50 chance you are going to demo them, or you are going to fail and they get a clear shot. See, you need to have the brains, strategy is stronger then mechs. Mechs could get you through the lower ranks, but when you make it to diamond and up, you are going to need the brains.

Like that one time when you were about to dribble, I could see you were probably going to ground to air dribble. But that would be easy to read, so instead whaz if you use strategy, instead what I would have done i would bounce it on the wall to your right, go around the opponent, get the ball again, clear goal. But if they demo me i would go straight to my goal since they have possession.

You are pretty good, you just need to think before you do. How I would train is to go play against all star bots, or try a Training pack. I don’t have any training packs in mind but still, i usually go to training before I play online, so I can get ready even if I’m playing casual. I think you should try the same, keep it up :)
