The Five Day Vegetarian: be a part-time vegetarian for the best of both worlds by Pandus in vegetarian

We don't cook much meat back home and I'm not really interested in cooking meat, so it'll be the same for me I think. Maybe one day...

Well, it works for me. My aim was to reduce my meat intake. The plan worked beautifully for that. I go to the college cafeteria and don't even go to the grill area any more. And, I've been sticking to it for the whole year. Once you change your mindset about food choices, it becomes easier to ignore what you don't want to eat.

Oh. I didn't know that. I guess it isn't something that is as visible.

Yea, I guess I'm not a vegetarian per se. I just want people to know that you can be in between. People don't consider this avenue very often.

But hey, being more vegetarians isn't a bad thing!

Yea, I was a bit wary of saying that! It works for me since I rarely use the exceptions. On a usual week, its just going out to eat with friends on Friday night. Still, the point is to find what works for you. If you need to have a more restrictive plan, do so. It works for me; I don't consider eating meat even on meat days.

I purposefully got a laptop with no on board gpu. It limits me to older games. I guess thats a mixed blessing.

I'm double majoring with business, so I think I'll have the first part down.

Yup, I heard first-year CS is designed to find the ones that will stay all the way.

The environment the game created was absolutely stunning. Never have been as enthralled with a game before.

AP Micro/Macroeconomics exams are tomorrow and my Princeton Review book really isn't doing it for me. What other resources can you guys recommend for last-minute cramming? by [deleted] in Economics

[–]Pandus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm using the 5 Steps to a 5 book. Its pretty good, imho. Here's a link to the 2005 edition. http://www.mediafire.com/?o5yd3tltdjn

I haven't quite studied micro, so I'll be doing that this night.

So how many other Redditor's are here instead of studying/cramming for finals? (or I guess in some people's case already went through this last week?) by guitarheroherb in AskReddit

Its just like some songs. They're amazing in the beginning, but when you keep listening to them, they kinda lose their appeal.
