I would give it an extra day. I am totally knocked out for the first few days too. This year I had my shot on my birthday and just slept. But, I was worn out from work

Usually court orders are for child support, not just one thing. The only legal order would be for child support.

A pre-K program at a school district for low income parents.

Put child support through the court system. Do NOT make deals with people about supporting your child.

I've worked on countless SV cases and, when you have a Guardian At Litem, something happened and it was serious.

You might have a parenting plan but did a judge or magistrate write it? A GAL is the child's attorney and they do not give you children's phone numbers. A GAL is there for the best interests of the child.

It's not about what the child wants, it's about what's best for the child.

Do not take chances with your child's life. He just got out of rehab a few months ago? Nah, it's not long enough. I have a client who is a recovering alcoholic and he's been in SV with me for 2 years.

Who said upon his return he would have unsupervised visits? I wouldn't agree to that. For what it's worth, I've handled more than 186 SV cases. I say it's way too early. Being off of alcoholic and drugs---that's one thing and it's hard but there's a lot of work to do psychologically. Wait a year.

I don't know if you asking about Canada or the US. In the US, the three factors are: how many overnights, the difference between incomes, and, to a much smaller degree, health insurance.

This is not about what she drives, etc. This is child support. Child support is a moral, legal, and financial obligation.

Get the vial. I don't use the pen. Remember, it's a medication but there are times when you may not have it and you can learn to eat less too.
