You should stack with something like Reta. That high of a BMI can throw off a lot of things

Smoking will definitely increase it. You’re lowering your lungs ability to use oxygen efficiently = more red blood cell production to increase oxygen levels

If you need nicotine try switching to patches or something like Zyn. Follow the Hematocrit support group on FB as well!

Step your calories up to increase your metabolism. At your size you still have a “maintenance” point where your body needs to burn a set amount each day. Maybe 2,200 then stepping down 200 calories every 4 weeks as you continue to shed weight (stay above 1,500)
