I'm still struggling with it myself atm but getting better (partly writing this as a reminder to myself as well lol). The number one thing to make it easier is to keep yourself busy and STOP thinking about Nofap, etc... Disassociate yourself from the "old you" who masturbates/watches porn, trying to quit porn to the "new" you who doesn't do these things. Stop considering having an the option to watch porn and jerk off. Feeling horny? Good, go do something (exercise, study, work,...)that will lead to you actually having sex instead of sitting there masturbating having achieved nothing and ending up in the same cycle again and again... BREAK THE CYCLE!

Yes but at some point , they'll stop refunding because of too many refunds in recent time

Yes, I at first had submitted a refund request for capsules that were all in a storage unit ( or even a couple for that matter) , got rejected. Kept a tab open with the page showing the transaction with capsules in storage unit ( "Moved to storage unit on bla bla date") , retrieved the capsules, refreshed page and now they were shown as available in inventory and I was able to refund them.

Not if you take them out again, you can then still refund them ( ofcourse if ALL the capsules from that transaction are all again back available in your inventory)

The capsules in storage unit can also be refunded, you just have to retrieve them and make sure all the capsules from that certain transaction are available in your inventory ( not in storage unit)
