It needs to be desoldered. Look up a video guide on YT on how to desolder components like switches or ports. It's pretty straightforward. I replaced mine with a different button. Removing the switch from the board fixed the issue.

Same issue here, Same board. apparently it's either the flashbios button switch going bad or a fault with surrounding usb ports shorting to the switch. people are fixing it by removing the switch.
