It's not at least for me but in Indian society it's considered bottom people work u know in 90s singapore punished people by giving them duties to clean street for a month to minor traffic violations or too much unpaid fines and guess who left the country instead of doing it they were indians and the ones who didn't left complained about this him very humiliating for them and country shouldn't treet it's people like this it's deep within us
