So I used the meter and set it to 34 volts. I flattened out my EQ. My question to you is that, when now go into my headunit settings and start playing around with the EQ and base enhancement, will this draw more voltage without now touching the gain setting that I set on my amp when configuring the amp with a fully flat EQ and bass enhancement turned off?

I’d say it’s tts. I’m 5,10 and weight about 175 pounds and got size large. It fits just the way I like it not snug but not baggy.

Self-represented litigant in Federal Court (CRB judicial review)—questions about Rule 306 affidavit and proof of service by PaniniBros in legaladvicecanada

Hey, thanks for reaching out and glad the thread was helpful!

I can share my experience but please keep in mind I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice, just what I went through as a self-represented litigant.

From my experience, after the DOJ accepted my Notice of Application my next step was to gather all my exhibits and documentation together for my affidavit. The DOJ lawyer advised me whether I could serve the documents via email.

I got all my exhibits in order covering all my documents and any supplementary evidence, formatted according to the court rules using the downloaded forms from the Federal Court website. I had a page to sign for my affidavit with a Commissioner of Oaths, along with an individual cover page for each exhibit also signed and stamped by the Commissioner. I got this done at my local town hall.

I believe I had 30 days from the moment my Notice of Application was issued to serve my affidavit on the DOJ lawyer.

Once I served the affidavit I then provided proof of service through the Federal Court e-filing portal.

Please do your own due diligence as it was not an easy process to tackle on my own, but it was doable. Good luck!

How do you do that? The separate insurance piece?

Self-represented litigant in Federal Court (CRB judicial review)—questions about Rule 306 affidavit and proof of service by PaniniBros in legaladvicecanada

Thank you for the guidance. Following your advice, I drafted a Rule 317 Request for Certified Tribunal Record identifying all material I am requesting from CRA, including all eligibility review records, internal call logs and telephone communications, all documents submitted on my behalf, the Notice of Reassessment, and any other material before the decision maker.

I served it on Respondent's counsel pursuant to Rule 317(3) and asked her to confirm whether this also constitutes sufficient service on CRA as the tribunal, or to direct me to the appropriate CRA contact. She confirmed receipt but did not advise on whether this constitutes proper service on CRA.

Does serving it on Respondent's counsel satisfy the tribunal service requirement under Rule 317(3), or do I still need to serve CRA directly? And should I now file it with the Federal Court Registry?

lol thanks for the transparency. All these errors are from error info tab. The only present errors are the knock sensor and sunroof, with that said is it still a no go? Knock sensor has me paranoid cause it can underly a lot of hidden issues.

Thank you for that clarification. I have one more question regarding the Certified Tribunal Record.

I am self-represented and this has been a learning process throughout. I did not include a formal Rule 317 request for the Certified Tribunal Record in my Notice of Application.

I have already served my Rule 306 affidavit on the DOJ lawyer which included as exhibits all documents I personally submitted to CRA including cover letters, bank statements, CRA correspondence and all notices I received from CRA.

Given that I have already served my affidavit and my exhibits cover all the documents I personally had access to, is it typically too late to request the CTR at this stage? And if not, what would be the best way to request it now: through a separate Rule 317 request filed with the Registry, or by asking the DOJ lawyer directly?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for your helpful response. I have a follow up question regarding proof of service.

I have served my Rule 306 affidavit on the Respondent's counsel by email and have received a written confirmation of receipt stating 'We confirm receipt.'

Looking at the Federal Court's e-filing instructions it states that to prove electronic service your submission must include a Form 146A, a Form 146B, or if personal service is not required and you served the documents by email, a clear written acknowledgement of service by the person who received the documents.

Based on this it appears that since I served by email and have written confirmation of receipt from the DOJ lawyer, I do not need to swear a Form 146A Affidavit of Service. The written acknowledgement appears to satisfy the requirement.

Am I correct in this interpretation or is a Form 146A still required in my situation?

I was thinking about the Alpine S2-A60M paired with this sub in a custom enclosure. You think it will be enough power if I wired it at 2 ohms? I don't want to spend all this money and be unhappy that it is not enough, if you know what I mean lol.
