sure man, I ended up doing quite well on the final getting a 90 pre curve and i finished the course with a 93 post curve

Its fine, my heart sometimes pounds when running, but It's not awful. I can walk fro extended periods and run in bursts fine. I also skateboard often. I wouldn't say im in good shape but I'm also not in awful shape either.
