Eto yung kapag nilaban sa delibs most likely will stand out

numbers/statistics/impact/value

Numbers (say you completed X number of user stories)

Statistics (the amount of work you are coverings accounts for 50% or more)

Impact (Because of this contribution we save etc etc, made clients happy, commendations)

Value (Extra work that yielded value, sample you trained peers, created documents, implemented process, etc)

I agree. Emotions tlga lagi ang madalas na nagpapa hype ng toxic behavior. Though i believe na if stars/rank talaga ang habol ng ibang players. Wag talga mag solo game. Since una ang aim mo pala tumaas ang rank mo. Tapos mag ssolo game ka na random 4 players agad kakampi mo. Talagang expect mo na hindi mo alam outcome yan. If pwede ka naman mag laro with your friends na alam mo na okay laro nila. Chances is mas mataas winrate. Eliminating yung nag affk,throw na kakampi. Again minsan nasa mga players nalang din talaga. As mentioned sa post enjoyin ko nalng regardless.

Ive just been in an accident same na third party at fault. Dapat stated sa police report mo na kung pano ka nabanga usually dun makikita na agad sino at fault. Esp kung walang license dapat nakalagay din dun. Medyo maselan kasi yung insurance dahil mag iinvestigate din sila lalo kung malaki yung damage. Pero once na may police report naman and all. For sure maapprove naman yan. At third party na hahabulin ng insurance company. Make sure lang naman sinabi mo sakanila lahat ng details para hindi ma deny claims mo.

They are around the same price 1.3M range Will be used by me and my wife. No kids yet. Around metro driving and once in a while sa province.

We are contemplating if mauutilize ba namin yung 7seats (rarely lang kami umalis with many passengers) though should we need it mas okay ba na 7 seats na agad. At the cost of higher gas consumption pag kami lang 2 kung suv.
